The following policies are for our physical store.

HOURS

The UAMS Bookstore is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Return Policy

Purchase may be returned within 10 business days for an 80% refund. Only one return is given per person per title.

NO RECEIPT - NO REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS

No returns will be accepted after two (2) weeks from the date of purchase.

Buy Back Policy

We are currently offering a year-round buy back opportunity for you to sell your books. Stop by or call to see if your books qualify.

No returns allowed on study guides, review books, books with CD or tape. Software is non-returnable if opened.

Checks

Checks will be accepted for the amount of the sale, ONLY. Drivers License is required with all checks. No temporary checks will be accepted.

Purchases paid by Check must wait 5 business days for a refund, starting the day after check is written.

Special Orders

Can’t find a book that you need? We can special order. Prepayment is required on all special order non-stock items Monogramming is available on lab coats and scrubs.

Payment Options

The Physical Bookstore accepts Cash, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. IDT’s are also accepted if properly completed, and signed.
